"Cut out an alphabet. Shape and configure
the letters into something new. You do not need to keep the letter whole. The
image you create should not be about the letters but rather new shapes you
create. Once you've glued down your composition you will make a xerox copy
of it and then using your Chartpak maker you will do a transfer of the image
onto nice paper. You will then add color to the image."
